A few meters walk away from two of Phuket's top beaches, Surin and Laem Singh, the villa has two luxurious living areas. The main living room covers the entire middle floor, and is a sundrenched, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area opening onto a spacious terrace, sala and infinity pool. Dine with family and friends at the morning breakfast bar in the new Poliform kitchen. Eat lunches and dinners while watching the sunset at the 8-person dining table. Relax in the deep 4-seater couch or leather club chairs in the living area. Lay back on the Giandi Blasco outdoor furniture on the pool terrace. Plug your ipod, iphone or Mac directly into the villa's fully-fledged audio system, with separate sets of B&W speakers covering the living area, sala and master bedroom. Enjoy the unfettered views while you take a dip in the private pool.

The second living area is a media room. When you need a break from the sun and the water, chill out in the deep L-shaped sofa and watch the flatscreen TV, there is a DVD player and cable TV. This room is also perfect for young children to play. Designed to convert into a fourth bedroom if needed, it comes with a full bathroom, cupboards and the couch can be turned into a queen size bed.

In addition to the media room, there are THREE BEDROOMS. The secluded master suite takes up the entire top floor -- 80 square meters of private space. Soak in the ocean-facing spa or relax on the sun deck and day bed. A four-poster bed takes center stage, surrounded by original Thai artwork and a chaise lounge for reading. There is a desk/phone if you need to stay in touch with work, and wireless Internet throughout the villa. A separate bathroom features two sinks, a large area for yoga, a separate shower with views over the Amanpuri headland, and a detached toilet.

TWO BEDROOMS each themed in a different colour - and each with its own charm, sit on the ground level. These bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms, open views, original art and balconies. The red bedroom has a 4-poster queen size bed, and the blue bedroom is a 'kids room' with 2 single beds and a 3rd slide-out trundle bed if needed.

Set in a small boutique development, this villa is the ultimate in discreet luxury and privacy. There is no HOTEL style management and no live-in staff so you have the place to yourself. However, the maid comes five days a week (NB 6 days can be arranged on request), villa manager Knight Frank are available full-time for any technical issues, and a concierge service is provided as required. You get the benefits of full service, but with the privacy of a home. This is not a 'rental villa' but truly the owners 'second home'.
